The Butterfly effect

"Little drops of water, little grains of sand.. make the mighty ocean and the beauteous land"
It takes just one seed to grow a plant and one match to light a fire. One candle can light many more and one smile can lighten a million hearts.
There is fascinating theory called the butterfly effect which states that the flapping of a butterfly's wings may have a huge impact like say an earthquake in a distant land !!.. Reading between the lines (sometimes i barely notice the lines whilst searching for what is between them) this roughly translates to the same thing we started off with. The most miniscule and tiniest of acts that may often go unnoticed may be the most critical factor in deciding a matter of prime importance.
In an election, the vote of a rag-picker may make all the difference in deciding the destiny of the politician who was too proud to notice this citizen ! An error of less than 0.5 % in the dosage of anesthesia may kill a patient! One encouraging word from a teacher may weave magic in a child's performance and make him excel in his field while at the same time a harsh word spoken in anger may cause his confidence to crumble.
Life is a beautiful journey. In this journey we may come across many , so many faces , places and circumstances. A person who was once a stranger may become the most important person in your life at a later time. Little things count. Every little thing, even though it may seem trivial may be life changing, even when you least expect it ! Tiny acts of kindness have a much bigger impact than a huge act of philanthropy.
Each one of us is a butterfly in this garden of life, fluttering our pretty wings as we live through each day. On some days we get lucky and get to taste the sweet, heavenly nectar of the fragnant flowers. Other days , not so lucky. But we can ensure that every flap of our wings makes a difference , no matter how small.
